Find the flags

Kerbline pacers will carry pink flags for 1:45, 1:55, 2:05 and 2:15. They run even splits, talk you through the long river stretch and never sprint the last kilometre.

The crew tent is in the start village next to pen C. Leave a bag, join the warm-up and take a gel from the bowl.

Not racing?

Cheer at kilometre 17, where the route leaves the river: that is where people need us most.
